Michele Davis

I’ve been working with State Farm for over 12 years and opened our office back in 2012. I’m proud to serve the residents of Lake Highlands and the greater Dallas, TX area. My office covers auto insurance, homeowners insurance, renters insurance, life insurance and more, including financial services.

I’m a cancer survivor, and I can definitely say that the experience changed me as a person. I try to bring energy, optimism, and sincere commitment to everything I do, including my work as a State Farm agent. I see life through a unique lens now, and I understand the value of a positive outlook. I also gained a personal understanding of just how important it is to get the coverage you need and protect the things that matter most to you. My experiences make me who I am, and I sincerely believe that they’ve made me better at what I excel in—which is helping people.

I’m originally from Pennsylvania. I earned a bachelor’s degree from Salisbury University in Maryland, and I earned a master’s degree from the George Washington University in Washington, DC. I worked for a while in politics and political consulting, and after moving to Dallas I worked in financial services. Now I live in the Lake Highlands area with my husband and two children, who keep me very busy with dance, basketball, volleyball, and softball. In my spare time—and when circumstances allow—I like to get out in the community, try different restaurants and spend time with my friends and family. Lately I’ve been going on a lot of walks and runs, and I love seeing the activity at the dog park. We’re proud owners of a cocker spaniel, Sir Winston Churchill.

I’ve been very involved in school-related groups like the PTA, and I like helping out in other ways as well. My son is a member of the Young Men’s Service League, which gives mothers and sons an opportunity to volunteer together in the community. I love sharing that time with him and teaching him the importance of serving and giving back.
